Problem Statement

The old user interface was unintuitive. Users were unable to complete tasks without support, view their account balances, and download filtered reports. Dashboard wasn’t scalable to accommodate new features.

Challenges

There was no documentation outlining user pain points. Many unexpected new requirements. Absence of a dedicated product design team frustrated efforts in following UX best practice.

What The Design Solved

The new design provides an intuitive and friendly interface with clear, consistent navigation. It organizes information to accommodate new features. and provides more filtering options for downloading reports.

How I Overcame Challenges

Being in Applications Support helped me to learn the system and gather user feedback on the problems that needed to be solved. Conducted extensive research on UX best practices.
