Problem Statement
The old user interface was unintuitive. Users were unable to complete tasks without support, view their account balances, and download filtered reports. Dashboard wasn’t scalable to accommodate new features.
Challenges
There was no documentation outlining user pain points. Many
unexpected new requirements. Absence of a dedicated product
design team frustrated efforts in following UX best practice.
